TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE TICKETING
- 1 General rules
- These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") set out the rules for the online purchase of group and individual tickets for attractions offered by the Cosmos Illusion Museum (ul. Doma). laukums 1, Rīga ), hereinafter referred to as the "Museum".

- 2 Registration
- You can register https://www.iluzijumuzejs.lv/pirkt-biletes-tiessaiste/ , your name, email address, and a password.
- Each person who registers online will receive a reply message to the email address provided in the registration form, indicating whether the application has been delivered to the Centre and whether the person's profile has already been registered.
- For registration to be successful, you must enter the correct details on the registration form.
- The Museum reserves the right to delete any account that has not been properly logged in within the last 24 months.
- You can buy tickets without registration, just enter your name and email.
- 3 Buying online, general principles
- During one login session, you can make up to three different transactions, each of up to 20 group tickets and up to 10 individual tickets, entitling the holder(s) to access the exhibition area.
- Online group ticket sales are only available via the website https://www.iluzijumuzejs.lv/pirkt-biletes-tiessaiste/ .
- You can only log in to one account at a time from one device using one tab in one browser window.
- Each individual online booking will be assigned an individual transaction number with the option to pay the total amount for all bookings at once.
- If you want to receive a VAT invoice, you need to provide the necessary invoice details:
- the buyer's name or company name;
- address (city, postcode, street name)
- tax registration number, VAT (not applicable to natural persons);

- The invoice will be sent by email;

- 4 Final provisions
- The Centre shall have the right to amend these Rules. The amended rules will be published online https://www.iluzijumuzejs.lv and available at the Museum Ticket Office.
- These rules form an integral part of the Museum and the "Cosmos Illusion Museum - Visitor Rules", available online https://www.iluzijumuzejs.lv . All matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions are subject to the "Cosmos Illusions Museum Visitor Rules".
- Tickets purchased online are priced at the same prices as shown in the price list https://www.iluzijumuzejs.lv/pirkt-biletes-tiessaiste/ .
PRIVACY POLICY
- This Privacy Policy sets out the principles governing the collection, processing and use of user information, including personal data, on the www.iluzijumuzejs.lv website (the "Site").
- The data of the users of the Site are administered by the branch of MB " Traukos slėnis " Cosmos Infinite Way with its registered office at Domā laukums 1, Riga (hereinafter referred to as " Illusion Museum ").
- The protection of privacy, including the protection of the personal data of users of the Site, is carried out by the Illusion Museums with priority. The Museum of Illusions uses its best efforts, including precautions and safeguards, to encrypt transmissions between users and the web server and to secure transmissions between the web server and the Cosmos Museum checkout system using a dedicated encrypted VPN connection. In addition, the Museum of Illusions separates the database server from the external network so that personal data transmitted by users of the Site is protected against loss, damage, disclosure or access by unauthorised persons.
- Use of the Site may involve the Museum of Illusions collecting user data necessary for the proper functioning of all Site functionality. In particular, information about the user's location, the IP of the device used, the user's activities on the Site and so-called cookies are collected. The user of the Site can learn more about the principles of collection and use of cookies from separate information on the Site.
- The Illusion Museum does not use the data referred to in paragraph 4 to identify users of the Site. In the event that this data, independently or in combination with other information, makes it possible to determine the identity of a user, it is considered personal data and the principles described in paragraphs 6 to 16 apply.
- Personal data on the Site is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("GDPR").
- The data are processed in accordance with Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, point 1(f), i.e. , the processing is necessary for the fulfilment of the legitimate interests of the Museum of Illusions, which includes operating the Site for Museums of Illusions and through it informing about the activities carried out by the Museum of Illusions .
- The data is collected to enable the User to use all the functions of the Site.
- The data is processed for as long as necessary to enable the User to make full use of the Site.
- For the benefit of museums and disclosed to bodies authorised for that purpose by law.
- Everyone has the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of his or her data, and to request the transfer of data.
- The user has the right to object to the processing of his/her data.
- The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Illusion Museum supervisory authority, i.e. , the Office for the Protection of Personal Data, 17 Elijas Street, LV-1050, RIGA .
- The provision of personal data is voluntary, however, it may be necessary to use all features of the Site.
- Decisions on the personal data provided are not taken by automated means.
- You may contact the Museum of Illusions , including the person acting for the Museum of Illusions as Data Protection Officer, in writing at the registered office address set out in paragraph 1 or electronically at the following email address: info@iluzijumuzejs.lv.
- In general, you do not need to open an account or log in to the Site to use the Site's functionality.
- If you wish to purchase tickets for events organised by the Illusions, the Museum requires the personal data provided in the registration forms.
- This Privacy Policy applies only to the Website. The Museum of Illusions is not responsible for the principles and privacy policies of websites entered by users of the Site through links provided on the Site.
- Any amendments to this document shall be notified to users of the Site by posting information on the Site.
