• 1 General rules

• 2 Registration

2. Each person who registers online will receive a reply message to the email address provided in the registration form, indicating whether the application has been delivered to the Centre and whether the person's profile has already been registered.
3. For registration to be successful, you must enter the correct details on the registration form.

1. The Museum reserves the right to delete any account that has not been properly logged in within the last 24 months.
2. You can buy tickets without registration, just enter your name and email.

• 3 Buying online, general principles

1. During one login session, you can make up to three different transactions, each of up to 20 group tickets and up to 10 individual tickets, entitling the holder(s) to access the exhibition area.
2. Online group ticket sales are only available via the website https://www.iluzijumuzejs.lv/pirkt-biletes-tiessaiste/ .
3. You can only log in to one account at a time from one device using one tab in one browser window.
4. Each individual online booking will be assigned an individual transaction number with the option to pay the total amount for all bookings at once.

1. If you want to receive a VAT invoice, you need to provide the necessary invoice details:
   1. the buyer's name or company name;
   2. address (city, postcode, street name)
   3. tax registration number, VAT (not applicable to natural persons);

2. These rules form an integral part of the Museum and the "Cosmos Illusion Museum - Visitor Rules", available online https://www.iluzijumuzejs.lv . All matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions are subject to the "Cosmos Illusions Museum Visitor Rules".
3. Tickets purchased online are priced at the same prices as shown in the price list https://www.iluzijumuzejs.lv/pirkt-biletes-tiessaiste/ .
